There is about a 25 to 40 day lead time as these units are hand crafted using all steel piping and fittings.*

*The site tube and methanol injection tube utilized are clear reinforced vinyl tubing

 

 

 

In addition, they utilize a

  • Heavy Duty Base (all 2 x construction poly paint)

  • NEW electric hot water heater

  • 220 or 120 volt operation (220v/4500w 120v/1500w) 

  • Quality controls

  • Integrated Reactor Temperature gauge

  • Stock batch size 30 or 50

  • Auto wash water shut off with "full" alarm

  • Extensive control panel with indicator lights

  • Titration equipment (plastic lab ware, 1 bottle of alcohol, ready made NaOH titration solution, syringes, etc)

  • Triple Beam Balance Scale

  • 50# technical grade  NaOH (lye)

  • Carboys

  • 2 prep barrels

  • Industrial rubber hose for wash hookup

  • Bubbler and mist

  • Biodiesel Calculator and Batch Tracking Software

  • Local delivery and setup (within 75 miles of Omaha Metro. Email for other delivery/pickup arrangements)

50 gallon water heater, 120 volt 1,500 watt, 30 gallon batch size

* the 120 volt 1500 watt unit will provide very poor WVO heat up performance, we highly recommend the 220 volt 4500 watt version
