If you have a Restaurant, Catering Business, Bar and Grill or other business that goes through a lot of fryer oil, we would be glad to collect your used oil for FREE!

(Greater Omaha Metro and Surrounding Area including Eastern Iowa)

If needed we provide you with a collection Barrel and steel funnel with lid and routine pickup service.  We can also pickup in the original cube that the oil comes in.

Preferred type oils:

Clear frying oil

Partially Hydrogenated 

Canola, Corn, Soy, Sunflower, Peanut etc.

Less desired oil types:

Fully Hydrogenated

Creamy Frying Oil

Lard, Shortening, etc.

Basically any oil that is solid at room temperature as they are very difficult to work with in the colder months.

We do not collect grill scrapings or other solid fats (Yellow Grease), wet or rancid oils.

We normally do not accept oil that has water in it or has had a "Scrubber" or "Extender" used in it.

We would like to meet with you to review your collection needs such as frequency, equipment type and accessibility.  In addition, we like to obtain a sample of your oil and run some test on it to ascertain its Free Fatty Acid (FFAs) content.  These FFAs are an indication of under or over use of the oil.  They build up from frying meats, poultry, fish etc.  Access FFA content can adversely effect the taste of the food.  We are happy to share these results with you.

What do we do with your used Fryer Oil?

Your used fryer oil is put to good use.  We convert it through a chemical process to a clean burning Diesel Fuel known as Biodiesel.  This fuel is for personal consumption and is not sold.  We do pay Nebraska State Fuel Road Tax on all the Biodiesel we create.
